Salt to taste.
1/4 of a teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 of a teaspoon of turmeric powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
Makes seasoning for a fistful of spaghetti-- measuring that handful before you cook the noodles. Not entirely precise, I know XD The sauce turns out on the dryer side, but that makes it a bit less messy.
Turmeric is a spice that's a lot like saffron, but way less expensive. A little less peppery too. You can get it at any Middle Eastern deli/grocery.
